2. Platform Services

Wabi Sabi Collective is a print-on-demand clothing brand delivering authentic Gen Z clothing. We operate on a drop-shipping model, partnering with print-on-demand vendors (Printrove, Qikink). Products include T-shirts, Oversized T-Shirts, Polo T-Shirts, Sweatshirts, and Hoodies.

3. Orders & Payments

All orders are subject to product availability. Payments are processed securely via Razorpay. Once an order is placed and payment confirmed, it is forwarded to our print vendor for production and shipping.

4. Production & Shipping

As a print-on-demand brand, each item is produced on order. Typical production time is 3–5 business days, with shipping an additional 2–5 business days depending on location.

5. Returns & Refunds

Due to the custom print-on-demand nature of our products, returns are accepted only for defective or incorrect items. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery for resolution.

6. Intellectual Property

All designs, artwork, and branding remain the exclusive property of Wabi Sabi Collective. Unauthorized reproduction is strictly prohibited.

7. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

To get your order printed and delivered, some order details are shared with our production and shipping partners. Payments are securely handled through Razorpay. We don't store your payment details ourselves.

What even is Wabi Sabi Collective?

A clothing collective creating pieces that feel like you. We make oversized tees, hoodies, sweatshirts, polos & other cool stuff with original designs for Gen Z. Basically: clothes with a personality.

How does this whole print-on-demand thing work?

You order it. We make it. Then it shows up at your door. Every piece is printed fresh through our production partners, so we don't mass produce stuff nobody asked for.

What sizes do you have?

Mostly everything from XS to 3XL. Because style doesn't stop at one body type. You'll find size charts on every product page. Please check them so neither of us has to experience emotional damage later.

How long will my order take?

Usually around 5–10 business days. Good things take time. So do good outfits.

Can I cancel or return stuff?

You can cancel before production starts. Once your piece enters printing, we can't stop it. Got the wrong item or something damaged? Hit us up within 7 days and we'll sort it out before it becomes a villain origin story.

What payment methods do you accept?

UPI, cards, net banking, wallets — the usuals. Payments are securely processed through Razorpay because scamming ain't it, chief.
