By accessing and using the Wabi Sabi Collective e-commerce platform, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use.
2. Platform Services
Wabi Sabi Collective is a print-on-demand clothing brand for Gen Z. We make oversized tees, hoodies, sweatshirts, polos and more with original designs. Each piece is produced on order through our production partners.
3. Orders & Payments
All orders are subject to product availability. Payments are processed securely via Razorpay. Once an order is placed and payment confirmed, it is forwarded to our print vendor for production and shipping.
4. Production & Shipping
As a print-on-demand brand, each item is produced on order. Typical production time is 3–5 business days, with shipping an additional 2–5 business days depending on location.
5. Returns & Refunds
Due to the custom print-on-demand nature of our products, returns are accepted only for defective or incorrect items. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery for resolution.
6. Intellectual Property
All designs, artwork, and branding remain the exclusive property of Wabi Sabi Collective. Unauthorized reproduction is strictly prohibited.
7. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
